The more important aspect is that my students love their sessions which are infused with humour and wit, mythological representations of poses aside from the usual benefits and wellness aspects. No two sessions are the same... so theres no question of getting bored and ofcourse we tweak as per requirements.
The charges are listed on the website as they are subject to change.
Session time is 60 mins.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so request you to avoid last minute changes (includes emergencies), as I would be unable to slot another client, thereby a loss for me. In the event that I cancel last minute, the next class would be free 🙂
My training is from the reverred Sivananda Vedanta Center, however I am also well versed with Ashtanga Yoga at KPJAYI, Anusara, Yin Yoga, Jivamukti etc, just to name a few of the other forms of yoga.
I graduated from the American Embassy School in 1995, and so have a keen pulse on both the Indian and the expat community here...
My students comprise of expats and diplomats (including a few Ambassadors wives), and the testimonials on my website are evidence of their enjoyment of yoga.
I have filmed an office yoga video with catchnews for the 2nd international yoga day in June 2016.
