Avoid Negative or Toxic people
Well said by George Washington “It is better to be alone than in bad company”
if you hang out or stay in the company of negative people definitely it will affect our own mental state of mind. We become more be like those people. If you are regularly hanging out with people who are angry, irritable and depressing, you will eventually become like them. It’s difficult to be in control of our emotions when we spend a lot of time with people who push our buttons in the wrong way.
