Everyone’s life has a turning point a moment that will create a strong impact on your life and change your life or I can say transform your life. Meditation was that moment that helps me to transform me into a completely new personality.
Pre-Meditation Life
What I can say that my life was full of miseries, anxiety, work stress, peer pressure, no work & life balance. I was not able to concentrate on my job, not to my personal life I was feeling like lost somewhere. I was in depression. I was rotating in a vicious mechanical life with no objective or goal. I tried to be social and start going in many social gatherings to keep myself happy.
But it doesn’t help as I was not positive and happy internally. Then in one of the boring social parties, I found something interesting one of my friends was talking about the meditation retreat he joined and telling about his experience. I know about the meditation what who had the time for it? (Most used excuse) But after listing my friend’s experience I decided to start the meditation & joined the 240 hrs meditation class program. I simply joined the program and the results are stupendous.
Post-Meditation Life
I was so lucky to have a great meditation instructor he helped me a lot in the starting of my meditation practice. My instructor preached about meditation and its benefits in our life. Initially, it was very tough for me to create focus, sitting silently in meditation practice but my instructor helps me a lot. He gave great tips to start the practice of meditation. Now I am meditating for the last one year & doing 1hr twice a day. It is a true part of my daily routines like eating my lunch or bathing
It gives me immense positive energy which I haven’t experienced ever. I am feeling blissful.
Since incorporating my meditation practice into my life I have noticed following changes or you can say transformations
- A deep connection to myself and to the world
- More Self-confidence and self-awareness
- Less stress and anxiety
- Complete Mindfulness
- The clarity to know what I want & What I don’t want
- Strong focus on activities
- Willingness to forgive and release those who have hurt me
- Find peace in every object & piece.
Mediation is a blissful practice initially it was very painful for me but after some time it becomes joyful. Now I am meditating not in my meditation practice but throughout the day in office, bus stand, eating my meal it becomes an integral part of my body & mind.
