Village Retreat Introduction
Villiage retreat is an ideal holiday plan for the people looking for a tranquility and relaxation. This is the best way to take a short break from the vicious circle of routine daily life stress. This village retreat is done in the beautiful village of Uttar Pradesh in Northern India. If you are an art lover or an artist, nature lover, farming enthusiast, yoga and meditation seeker then this retreat is the best choice for you. To start a basic of yoga and meditation practice for the beginners this retreat is the perfect one.
Village Retreat Itinerary
• DAY 1
Arrive Allahabad & drive to the village
Enjoy a short picturesque drive through villages to reach the retreat space. We open our retreat with a short fire ceremony. Overnight at the retreat space.
• DAY 2
Village Life
After our early morning practice enjoys a light breakfast and then Yoga Nidra. The day is at leisure to explore the village. Evening restorative asana practice. Later we may have a bonfire and enjoy the light chill in the air. Overnight at the retreat space.
• DAY 3
Village Life
An early morning chanting session will lead to an asana and pranayama practice. Breakfast is simple but delicious with lots of fruits and cereals. Morning meditation practice before a boat ride on the river. Late afternoon Yoga Nidra session. After tea, we close our circle and share our experiences over another sacred fire.
• DAY 4
Return
Return to Allahabad for onwards journey or continue to explore.
Inclusions
• Pick up at Allahabad airport/railway station on Arrival.
• Transfer from Allahabad to retreat location with all other guests.
• Accommodation on Twin sharing basis for 3 nights.
• Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner as given below.
1. Breakfast on Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4.
2. Lunch on Day 2 and Day 3.
3. Tea and snacks on Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.
4. Dinner on Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.
• Daily morning yoga session, late morning meditation, evening restorative practice.
• Chanting and kirtans.
• Nature Walk with bird watching guide.
• Boat Ride on River Tons.
• Bonfire on all evenings.
• Return transfer from retreat location to Allahabad with all other guests.
• Transfer to airport/railway station.
