RETREAT COURSE: Retreat program starts on every Sunday all the year around.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE: 6 am Himalayan herb detox drinks, refresh and yoga class at 7 am, Breakfast 8:30, 11 am is meant for village/ jungle hikes, then Vipassyana (self meditation) 2 pm Ayurvedic Lunch, 5 pm evening discourse class and 6 pm meditation class. 7: 30 light dinner. Discourse about misconceptions about yoga-meditation, life coaching, love-life-death, stress management, Chakra healing, ancient wisdom, who you are? What is the purpose of life? Why holy wars, - If needed, we shall talk about one GOD, one world, one humanity. We aim to find the problem and provide spiritual guidance / solution personally!

PAYMENT: Cash on arrival appreciated because we do not have Pay-pal account and for master card payment bank charges you 5 % extra. WHAT TO BRING? = Carry Bag (not suitcase) shall be easy to travel in Nepal, your personal medicine / things and just 2 extra pair of light color clothes (TRAVEL TRAVEL), wind & rain proof jacket –trouser, (please ! avoid black dress up- if possible!) walking boots. Otherwise, you can buy anything at reasonable cost.
