Sanskar Yogashala (Yoga School) in Rishikesh based in the foothills of Himalaya.The yoga teachers of Sanskar Yoga shala are a dedicated and committed team of experienced yogic practitioners who have studied, practised and shared their knowledge of yoga for more than 14 years.
All teachers have taught throughout the globe in a progressive manner while open to all new views and thoughts in their teaching. Our teachers have studied under profound yoga masters and belong to the ongoing Vedic Qurukula tradition of yoga teaching which includes Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, vinyasa( flow) and kundalini schools of yogic practice
